Yes, it’s a great piece. I love the way infographics make ideas easier to chew. don’t forget the power of visualisation. In my training as a hypnotist it became clear that in talking to your own brain the most powerful way is images. Imagine your goal, imagine yourself and actually see yourself achieving it, in a state of relaxed awareness, and you will concentrate your resolve and your ability to finish what you start.
